Cancellations, returns and exchanges


■About cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed.
When placing an order, please carefully check the product details on the product page and size guide.

■Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
However, we will only accept exchanges if the product is defective or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.
Please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product using the method specified by our company.

If for unavoidable reasons it is not possible to exchange the product, we will provide a refund.

*If returns continue, we may refuse your order.
Due to the nature of viewing on a PC or mobile device, the product images may differ slightly from the actual colors.
Please note that differences in color from the image are not a reason for return.

■ Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

  1. If you have not requested a return or exchange in advance
  2. Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
  3. If you are absent for an extended period and are unable to receive the package during the specified period
  4. Items with damaged, defaced or lost invoices, product tags, price tags or labels

  7. If the product acquires an odor while in the customer's possession (from pets, cigarettes, perfume, cosmetics, etc.)

  9. If the packaging is opened for a product where the packaging is part of the product
  10. Sale items, outlet items, pre-order items, pre-order items, custom-made items, and other items that we deem inappropriate for return.

■ About refunds

Please contact your credit card company to change the payment amount.
If the original charge has already been confirmed based on the closing date of your credit card at the time of the refund process, the charge will be debited once and then offset or refunded against the amount used in the following month.

*Refund methods vary depending on the card company. Please check the amount on your credit card statement.
*If the initial billing amount for your order has been debited, we will refund it the following month or the month after, depending on your card contract information. Thank you for your understanding.

For products purchased in store rather than online, please contact the store where you made the purchase.
