About your registration information

Products can be delivered to your home, workplace, the home of a friend or family member, or any other location of your choice.
If you register your name, address, etc. on the shipping list, you can easily select your shipping address from the list during the purchase process.
You can make a guest purchase without creating an account.
By registering as a member, you can enjoy shopping even more by receiving points that can be used on your next purchase and newsletters containing the latest information and special offers.
The DEICY official web store offers three membership ranks - PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE, and REGULAR - based on annual purchase amounts, with each rank offering special benefits.

If you wish to cancel your membership (delete your registered information), please contact us using the "Inquiry Form" and state the "name (full name)," "phone number," "date of birth," and "email address" you provided when registering.
Once the cancellation procedure is completed, your account cannot be restored.
About ordering
To use points, please enter the points you wish to use on the cart screen and proceed to the purchase process.

We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been completed.

The cooling off period is a system for consumer protection in door-to-door sales.

About delivery of products
